SHIPPING:

We are pleased to easily offer shipping within the USA and Canada. Please contact store@digplantwaterrepeat.com to inquire about other international shipping locations to see if we can help you with a custom order. All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with the tracking information provided by email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any customs or import procedures.​​

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes. Please research fees and delivery costs to ensure you know the pricing associated before ordering. Orders that are refused and returned to the DPWR store because of fees will be refunded for the merchandise only, our shipping fee will not be refunded.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We hope you love your Dig, Plant, Water, Repeat gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the product(s) for you within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Products must be in new and unused condition and must be returned in their original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to us.

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your exchange within 8-10 business days.
