SHIPPING INFO
We are pleased to easily offer shipping within the USA and select international locations including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India by ordering directly through our store. Please contact store@digplantwaterrepeat.com to inquire about other international shipping locations. All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with the tracking information provided by email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any customs or import procedures.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Dig, Plant, Water, Repeat gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the product(s) for you within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below:
- Products must be in new and unused condition and must be returned in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to us.
- We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your exchange within 8-10 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the product(s) have been damaged or used, or if they do not meet our return policy requirements.
